Wade and Wade Enterprises, Inc. is a mother and daughter interconnection Incorporated in 1996 and they are proud natives of Chicago, IL. The mother, Veronica L. Wade, is the Secretary/Treasurer, an active retired social worker, and the “first woman street worker” to work with gangs in the early 50’s.  Amazing Woman!  She has traveled all over the world and spent most of her professional life as an Executive Director of many Chicago/State social agencies.  She dedicated her life to assisting adults and young people in making a better life for themselves. Veronica now spends part of her time in a downtown marketing research firm and the other part assisting her daughter, Kyle, in  managing Wade and Wade Enterprises, Inc.

The daughter, Dr. Kyle D. Wade, D.N., is a licensed and board certified Naprapath (natural doctor) and a proud natural healer with 17 years of hands on experience.  She is the President & CEO and has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Springfield.  She graduated from the Chicago National College of Naprapathy with a D.N., (Doctor of Naprapathy degree). Upon graduation she received the Highest Clinical award, Professionalism award and a Special Clinical award for treating over 1,700 patients as an intern.

The word naprapathy (nah-prah-pathy) comes from a Greek and Czechoslovakian word which means to “correct suffering.”  The suffering is usually in the soft tissue: muscles, ligaments and tendons.  In short, naprapaths are connective tissue specialist and treat musculoskeletal complaints.

Typically, a naprapath uses hands-on manipulation of the various spinal regions of the body’s structure to release tension build-up.  This release in tension increases the blood and lymphatic circulation to all the organs, which helps the body to heal and maintain a “natural” balance-homeostasis (good health).  No drugs or surgery are used.  In addition to structure, there are two other facets that contribute to one’s good health from a naprapathic perspective: diet and mental/emotional wellness.

Utilizing the natural art of naprapathy, she designed her private practice, “Women At Their Best”  to specifically address female health complaints.
She continues to develop her skills by attending Naprapathic Conventions and women’s healthcare seminars.

Dr. Wade has conducted Naprapthic technique and ethics seminars, in addition to women’s healthcare workshops.  She has traveled throughout the United States, Europe and West Africa, consulting with thousands of women on understanding their nature, body functions, improving diet, boosting their self-esteem, self-worth, and empowering their personal and professional lives.  Dr. Wade is dedicated to educating women on how to live natural, healthy, enjoyable and extraordinary lives.

In addition to women’s health she is passionate about a project she designed with her mother, “The Polite and Powerful™ Project,” a manners project for children that focuses on six essential life/social skills.  Please check out the under-construction  Web site, www.politeandpowerful.com.
